While serving as Citadel’s CISO, Stan serves his clients as a fractional CISO, providing management consulting services to his clients. He has over forty years of experience in IT and information security across many industries.

Formally trained as an engineer, he sought a broader path and has worked in many different roles throughout his career. His specialties are concentrated in regulated industries, with a concentration in financial services and software development. His services focus on building, governing and, improving information security programs that encompass audit, legal concerns, process and technology with risk management underpinning all aspects of the program.
